October 2001 -- This way of payment was established by
Universal Equipment as a direct response to the fear generated by the chemical
attack into our National U.S. Mail Post Office after September 11, 2001.
Nevertheless since established, it has gained popularity specifically in the
case of customer with a regular monthly payment as in the case of our customers

"Maintenance Contracts".
